Students:*    $250.00 $300.00 Abstracts book and complimentary material
*Must present a valid document     Coffee breaks, refreshments, welcome cocktail
Conference excursion and some activities of the Social Program
       
Accompanying Persons:**    $100.00 $100.00 Welcome cocktail, Conference Excursion
**Not attending the technical sessions     Some activities described in the Social Program

 Each attendant is requested to register separately

Please send your registration form now, even if you will pay on site.
Consider that the amount to pay depends on the payment date.

On site registration starts on Sunday (August 21) afternoon.
Please note: On site registration only in cash, please bring the exact amount.
Cash payment in Euros, USD or Mexican Pesos.
There is an ATM machine in the hotel lobby (only USD)
Even if you will pay on site, please send the registration form now.
 





Cancellations
Substitutions are allowed if communicated one week before the start of the Conference
If you wish to cancel your registration, please send a message to ii-vi-2011@fis.cinvestav.mx
If your written notice is received by June 30, a 75% refund will be made.
If your written notice is received by July 20, a 50% refund will be made.
We are sorry that for cancellations after July 20 no refund will be made.
